The hotel is very affordable and located in a central area close to many tourist attractions. We loved that there were shared facilities available, such as a communal kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. the Wi-Fi signal was strong and free of charge.
The hotel lacks in cleanliness and upkeep. Our room looked quite dated and could have used a good deep cleaning.

The Hotel rooms and bathrooms are so dirty you can't even expect at one-star hotels. The heating wasn't working.

The hotel was affordable and centrally located, which made it easy for me to explore the city without breaking the bank. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great service during my stay. the complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, giving me a quick and easy way to start my day.
The shared bathrooms were not always clean and could be improved. The rooms themselves were quite basic and could use some updating.

The staff is helpful and the location of the hotel is good.
The hotel facilities are bad. The bathrooms are old and shared between a number of rooms.

the staff was kind, the air conditioning was much appreciated, and we're glad they kept our luggage while we explored for the day.

Air conditioner in room was great seeing that it was very hot over the long weekend, very convienent location, bed was comfortable and room was clean
no lounge,no sit down bar or resturant in hotel,no toliet in our room

Riverside is one of the cheapest hotel in N-Y. The location near the subway station :)
The noise of other customers, The floor of my room smelt pee pee!!! I have some bugs in the room and the shared bathroom.
